Kickboxing Training


Kickboxing is a sport that is somewhat similar to boxing but allow the use of kick. This simple change create chang the way a fighter must fight. Kick can be very devastating, slower than punches. Many of the world’s best kickboxers can deliver light fast kick, how they become the top fighters in their weight class. kickboxing drill should stress speed and timing along with raw power. Even if power  should alway strive for well-timed kick that actually land on target. A very strong kick that is block waste energy, inflict little damage, point with the judge. Fast kicks that hit their target damage even if there is not much power behind the kick. number of landed strike, not how strong 


Your kickboxing drill should have specific target that you can kick at full speed. The use of a training partner and pad is the best way to improve  When in a match your opponent will have a certain timing to his movement. read the timing of an opponent kicks at the best moment. Using a punching bag do not help you learn to kick at the right moment, partner should move like he would in a real match mounted pads to absorb your kick. These pad serve as target  partner will essentially be a dynamic punching bag that actually react like a human would.
